Application-only means we read every submission and personally vet every member. Here's how the process works.

Submit Your Application

A short form that takes about ten minutes. Tell us who you are, where you are in your career, and what you want to build. You'll get a confirmation email immediately.

We Review and Reach Out

Every application is reviewed personally. If there's a fit, we'll email you to schedule a call. If there isn't, you'll hear back either way.

The Introductory Call

A direct conversation about whether the master class is the right move for where you are. We'll talk format, content, fit, and investment. No pressure — just clarity.

Common questions.

I'm not in door-to-door sales. Will this still apply to me?

Yes. The Talent Engine framework was built in direct sales but the principles apply to any organization where people are the product — in-home services, retail teams, any business where recruiting, training, and retention drive revenue. If your work involves leading a team of humans, the engine works the same way.

I'm a sales rep, not a manager yet. Can I do this?

If you're serious about becoming a manager, this is built for you. The master class teaches you to think like a builder before you have the title — which is the only reason anyone ever gets the title.

What if I can't make every live call?

Every call is recorded and stored on the cohort platform. You can watch on your schedule. The members who get the most out of the program show up live whenever they can — but no one is penalized for missing a call.

What does Lifetime Alumni Access include?

Once you complete a cohort, you're an alumnus for life. You can return to every future Talent Engine Master Class and participate live. The curriculum evolves year over year — the recruiting market shifts, the economy moves, the talent landscape changes, and the master class changes with it. You're not buying a static program; you're buying access to a living one. You also keep every recording, document, and framework from your year and every year after, yours to reference indefinitely. No annual fee. No expiration. You're in for as long as the master class runs.

What's the investment?

Investment is discussed on the introductory call, after an application is accepted. The master class is a serious commitment of time, energy, and money — and the call is where we make sure the fit is right before either of us commits.

What happens if I'm not accepted?

Not every applicant is the right fit for this cohort, and that's the point. If we don't accept your application, you'll hear from us directly with the reason. In many cases we'll suggest an alternative — sometimes the diagnostic, sometimes a future cohort, sometimes a Clarity Call.
