This page explains what information The Talent Engine collects when you interact with our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and direct.
The Talent Engine is operated by Arlie Family Incorporated (DBA The Talent Engine), based in Highland, Utah. For any privacy questions, email jp@recruittrainandretain.com.
What We Collect
When you fill out a form on this site — our Contact form, Master Class Application form, or Talent Engine Diagnostic — we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and any context you choose to share.
When you book a Clarity Call through our Calendly link, you provide Calendly with your name, email, and the time you've selected. We can see this booking information.
When you enroll in the Master Class and pay, you provide payment information directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your credit card details. We do receive confirmation of payment from Stripe, including your name and email.
When you browse our site, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand site traffic and to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). This involves cookies and may include your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar information.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you share with us to:
- Respond to your inquiries
- Walk you through our consulting offerings or the Master Class
- Process payment and deliver the Master Class to enrolled students
- Send follow-up communication relevant to your inquiry
- Improve our content and offerings
We do not sell your personal information.
